Sketches Ayesem and Castro detail the life of women on Twitter in new song ‘Follow me on Twitter’


Unless you are not on the popular Social Network Twitter, the life of women on other competitive Social Networks will be normal to you. As to which lady will follow back when you follow her, which lady will retweet your mentions, which lady will reply you on that network etc is daily migraine males’ battle with on Twitter.

Sketeches Ayesem, a Takoradi based rapper together with his elder brother in music, Castro have done an amazing piece that address the problem on Twitter. Titled ‘Follow me on Twitter’ the song is receiving amazing applauds from those who have heard it.

Scheduled to be released on Friday 13th March, 2013, this reporter who had the privilege to listen to the song first, sneaked to write some of the lyrics as teaser for readers. In the chorus, Sketches who is known to be a dynamic rapper showed why he is songster. “Baby make you follow me on Twitter, aaba, me h) y3 f3w na mi nim Under (Castro)……” Sketches sings the chorus with a FantEnglish (Fante and English) mixture.

Castro comes in to buttress Sketches’ claim by adding to it “I be the girl demma lover, ebi say I dey give them sugar, them say I no get size…….”

Fans are expected to keep fingers crossed and wait for the official release day on Friday. Prince Derby and Albert Nii, the excited managers in an interview used few words to describe the song “a must hear”. Sketches Ayesem is optimistic of dominating the airwaves with this masterpiece after the release date.
